Will Murphy on Apiary Arete V1 at St Bee’s, one of the weirdest approaches to a crag I’ve ever been on; hoisting 3 pads cameras and food on some fixed ropes on the side of a sea cliff is not an easy task. Especially in 30mph sea wind.
This was the end of our trip in the Lakes, loads of pictures taken and problems sent, what a place. We managed to get the most out of it with the weather being so patchy, when it rained we mountaineered and the few dry spells we had we jumped around on the beautiful boulders the lakes had to offer.
