Tada! I made a pretty picture! My first attempt at a long exposure & I'm happy with that. I was there to take a photo of something else but the houses caught my eye & this was the result.

It probably wasn't dark enough & I didn't take any time to compose it first but I really like it anyway.

I miss living there :(

Vicious Goose Out of Control

A large male goose has been terrorising pedestrians walking near the Teivy river and has now taken to stalking and vandalising...

A large male goose believed to have orginated from Cilgerran Wildlife Park has been causing trouble with residents for nearly two years. Recently the goose has taken things up a gear by stalking a couple home after vandalising their car.

Barry and Sarah Richards were parked up by the Moorings in St. Dogmaels when they heard a vicious tap on the side of their car. To their amazement, the goose had pecked a hole through the bodywork and was attempting to open the door.

"I reacted much slower than I should have..." recalls Barry, "...but it was such an odd situation to be in." However, things only got stranger for the Ceredigion born couple when they fled the scene for home - only to find the goose had clung onto the car for the journey...

"We got out of the car still talking about what had happened and then we heard this sound..." remembers Sarah, "...and there he was flapping his wings at us!"

The goose has been a dreaded fixture of the area since it first became notorious for attacking people next to a riverside car park in Cardigan. Both Barry and Sarah escaped the bird relatively unhurt, but others have not been so lucky. Last year the goose crashed a wedding reception in a nearby pub, seriously injuring five people.
