Seriously irritated with my current health care location
My health care provider would be blue cross blue shield, and they haven't been god awful. I mean not great but hey im not paying for my current medication so i cant complain too much. No its the hospital or physicians office i go to. I've been going to the same one for quite awhile. St.Anthonys. my initial doctor retired due to old age, and I'd been on a doctor hiatus, so i was referred to a new one. She was SUPER awesome. I say was because i saw her twice, then got a letter in the mail saying she was retiring to have her child and not come back.....ooookay. i get family comes first but pretty sure you knew you were gonna retire during our session, Why'd you let me make another appointment with you...? Fin, referred to a new doctor. I was initially irritated because i had to go all the way up the old building and then be told my new doctor was in the building over...*sigh* My first meeting with him was catching him up on everything I felt like i had just updated my most recent doctor with. Now this was tolerable because this new doctor is pretty damn attractive, and professional so good for him. I catch him up on everything and figure out medication and even get an ultrasound scheduled for my neck. PROGRESS! A few sessions later and im feeling pretty good about it all. Well he was supposed to refer me to someone for me to get a biopsy on my neck. 5 months later i realize I've gotten no word and theres been no follow up...*sigh* so i make a new appointment, yay. I go to where I've been going and am told my doctors at the new location. I ask them where and tell them i got nothing notifying me and their response, "well you know how it is when things get sent by mail" ..... I leave and get to my appointment on time, which means im late. Luckily im seen fairly quickly and after the nurse in walks the doctor. I am still irritated but i explain to him how i never got a call or anything and etc,etc,etc...we figure things out. Im not trying out new medication and should have a biopsy scheduled by the end of the week. But all this frustration of doctor changes, location changes, and an attitude of non-caring has made me seriously contemplate switching physicians *sigh* whatever
Not having my journal fucking blows. I really hate that I lost it
