Served on toasted whole wheat bread, the Ultimate Club Sandwich is a hearty and tasty meal with turkey, ham, bacon, cheese, and fresh vegetables stacked on top of each other. You can eat it for lunch or dinner without much trouble.
Ingredients: 6 slices whole wheat bread. 6 slices turkey breast. 6 slices ham. 6 slices cooked bacon. 3 slices cheddar cheese. 3 slices Swiss cheese. 1 tomato, thinly sliced. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 cup shredded lettuce. Mayonnaise, to taste. Mustard, to taste. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Toast the pieces of bread until they turn golden brown. On one side of every slice of bread, spread mayonnaise. On top of three slices of bread, spread out the turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, tomato, avocado, and shredded lettuce. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the last three slices of bread on top of each sandwich, mayonnaise side down. Cut each sandwich in half or four across the diagonal. Use a toothpick to hold each quarter in place. Lay the sandwiches out on a serving plate and lean them against each other to make them look nice.
