So tired of everyone discounting Wout dropping Tadej because he "took it easy for 20 stages," as if he wasn't trying to get in the break every day and win stages and help Jonas and climb those same mountains weighing 10 kg more.

Well. Congratulations to Wout! After all the bad luck the past couple of years ,and shitty press for being human-all-too-human, he deserves to ride like this and win this stage. I was truly hoping for a Kaden Groves win again, but I'm so proud and happy for my favorite and most sexy of WT teams <3 And I hope the comms are wrong about this Stage route being a permanent route. Basically shutting out the sprinters, especially the non-climbing sprinters, is just...meh. Exciting route for sure, and great for the fans, but...yeah.
