Fresh fruit at homeless outreach is super rare. We were gifted apples, peanut butter, and granola bars. It's a fierce jab of joy when I can give these out.

Love it when my dreams have a theme. This is two dreams regarding my family doing wild things behind my back. Marriage, murder...things they knew that I didn't. I wonder if if I need to have probing conversations when I see them tomorrow.

I have been awake since 1 am. My thoughts are fog.

No more "just in case". No more "for in the future". Thinking like that leads to negative and unhealthy behavior for me. Overthinking,panic reacting to imaginary events has left me poorer.

Now it is only reacting to the moment. It is a "yes or no, will this solve my issue" brand of thinking.

Anxiety and her sisters leave me be. You've drained me dry. What's left you'll find is deeply bitter.
