It was her! It was really Ahri! Zoey knew that K/DA were going to be at the awards ceremony and she could hardly contain her excitement all day. She was hoping she'd get a moment to meet one of her personal idols and now she really here! Standing right in front of her! Zoey was pretty sure she could die happy now.

FEET DREW A FEW PACES BACK, hands would be pulled upward as though trying to draw calm from a spooked animal ( perhaps, in some ways, she was, but ahri's animalistic features would never be the reasoning hope would compare the leader to a beast ). she NIMBLY dodged around the table behind her, putting distance between them. she knew she was safe, buuuuut it made her feel a bit less on edge to have a useless barrier.

"look, i just paint what i see. i can't i n t e r p r e t unless i have the background information, and i just got here like two days ago." hope's lips were cracked into an uneasy smile, shoulders bouncing a shrug to further her point. the rift she came through sort of... startled numerous people to the point that the star guardian captain had come to try and alleviate the panic.

it was relieving to have found a friend easily in a new reality. the guardians weren't exactly offput to blue haired girl's explanation of w h e r e she had come from and why. hence the trust that had been granted... at least until hope painted a rather haunted image. the presentation had gone about as well as she expected.

which wasn't well at all.

"but you know what it means, don't you?" eyes suddenly drew wide as teen grasped what was going on in the defensive measures. "but it's just... REALLY BAD... huh?"

STAY COOL, haylee! stay cool! it was only one of her favorite singers in the world! was there a kda concert that haylee DIDN'T know about coming to the city? how could she have missed it! and, if so, why was the ahri here in the gymnasium?

oh gosh. where haylee had been practicing cheers... to a kda song! how e m b a r r a s s i n g! it was still blasting on the boombox nearby and the blonde rushed to slam the stop button, nearly breaking the thing as a surge of beast's energy pushed through her in her panic. thankfully it was okay, and she only looked mildly disheveled.

"...i swear i didn't know you would walk in here, the song was a total coincidence, i'm a big fan but i wasn't stalking you."

🐹 ( 𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 ) - How does your oc feel about animals? ━ For all of the brutality and violence Robin brings forth onto people, both past and present, this has never applied to animals - or maybe but not in a traditional sense. Robin's second kill was actually a dog, and it's the only one he actually regrets from that time; not the people he knew growing up, not the children, not the elderly, just the dog. It's easy to forget that until the Entity took him after death, Robin did not have any history of being violent or showing those tendencies. Quite the opposite, he was a very kind person who found peace and comfort in the woodland he lived in and with the animals that inhabited the space - they were the only things that didn't seem to judge him.

Have they ever had a pet? ━ While not officially mentioned having any, Robin grew up tending to his Father's land and helping his Mother milk cows and gather eggs. While I don't think he had any special attachment to the animals being bred for meat, I can still see him being very friendly to any labor animals, and I don't doubt they had barn cats and maybe an old hunting dog that had to be put down. I think introducing him back into the love of animals would be a big step for him, and would return him to some sense of peace.

What made them feel this way towards animals? ━ Briefly mentioned above, but Robin's entire life has been under scrutiny from everyone he's ever met; he had to be a good child, a good man, to show grace while being told you're born evil for a job that supposedly helps others and ostracized is a very hard thing to do. When Abel passed, Robin was forced back into his childhood home, and had to restore it himself. He grew accustomed to the animals, they grew accustomed to him - and he began to appreciate their presence and even prompt them with seeds, salt licks, etc. Animals were always kind to him, they were the purest of God's creations, and their gentle handling of him was, probably, the only time he'd ever felt genuine freedom - and was allowed to be himself. He was happier around them than people.
