My last day with the shitty sous is May 4th because I couldn't take it and respectfully put in my two weeks. She was clearly picking on me and just made me so uncomfortable yesterday. The GM was so kind and understanding and apologized that she couldn't do more for me. A big bummer because I really like most of the other people that I worked with...BUT! I have a staj on Friday!!! I've never cooked at this fancy of a restaurant, but I am super excited. Fingers crossed the staj goes well! To celebrate, the bf is taking me to the Frederick Meijer Gardens to see the butterflies today ^~^ obviously I will have pics later :p I also picked some Purple Dead Nettle, wild Green Onion and Lemon Balm from the yard to get started on some salts and salves. I am learning SO much from my Medicinal Herbs book!! I cannot wait to start making some natural home remedies and teas
