Passement into gaps, climbs, and vaults. A compacter stamina drill. I trace a path around the obstacles like a thread and find a way through. Again, it’s not so much of the technique as it is going to the point of exhaustion and continuing to move.
I like stamina drills because there’s a point where I can push myself to a certain point of exhaustion and continue the drill in relative safety (eg not working from heights).
The other aspect of stamina drills is that it encapsulates a lot of my ideas about about mobility: not fluid-looking motions, but actual fluid traversal, like pushing myself through the pipe head-first and ejecting myself out on the other end.
The focus of these drills is not individual motions, but simply the best way to move through them. And the ‘best’ way is always dictated by my stamina; when I start to tire, my technique changes. These drills teach me to move even as I grow fatigued, and so I learn more about myself.
