she CAN love, and she would like to love, but at the same time she uh.,..she knows how she is. She realizes that shes kinda annoying, crass, vulgar, likes fucking with people, etc. She has no problem being friends but she thinks anyone who would get into a relationship with her would get sick of her shit fast.,....she knows what shes like and she wouldnt wish that on anyone
So basically, shes the "yeah would be cool i guess but theyre just gonna get sick of me cuz im not a great person so why waste my time, im just gonna relax"
(She sees mochi as a "great person" - someone sweet and kind and patient and thats...not coco. And shes like ahah why would anyone wanna be with someonr like me when theres people like mochi out there?? Lmao. So she just wants friends so she doesnt have to worry about that stuff)
But this is how she sees HERSELF!! Obv lime sees her as annoying but for mochi, oscar, and taffy especially they love how she is. Shes cool and more caring than she gives herself credit for. Taffy actually (subconciously) likes that side of her that talks mad shit to people cuz thats what made him go "huh" in the first place and made him think she was interesting!!!!
(Which is also why taffy is good for her cuz he'll never stop loving her which is something that would scare her most in a relationship!!)
