hELP I want to buy all of this cute star paper but the shipping is EXPENCIVE and kicking my ass

Are there craft stores near you? You know, the ones that sell yarn and thread, baking supplies, drawing supplies, etc.? That’s where I get my paper from, and there’s a TON of variety. You have to cut the strips yourself, though, so if you don’t want to do that then I’d stick with the pre-cut strips. However, if you’re okay with cutting your own paper most sheets are really cheap, only like 79-99 cents (idk about other countries) for a 12″x12″ paper! I have so many sheets of paper because of this and because of store sales and stuff XP I bought a paper cutter because I cut so many strips, but you can also measure out the width you want your strips to be and cut them by hand.

You can also try getting star strips off of ebay! That’s where I get some of my strips as well, like the glow-in-the-dark ones I posted before. Just be careful and make sure the store rating is high, like in the high 90′s.

I have a question. Where do you get all the paper from?

I get my paper from craft stores like Jo-Ann’s, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby! Just go to your local craft store and ask about/look for the scrapbooking section- you’ll see a bunch of papers laid out on shelves and on racks. Most should be 12″x12″, but some are 8.5″x11″. The paper you want is on the thinner side, nothing thick like cardstock - that won’t work because it’s too thick for small stars, though it will work for bigger stars (like .75″ wide x 12″ long for one strip).

A lot of times these stores have coupons you can use too! Most paper is between $0.75 and $2, depending on how fancy it is.
