It's October!

Today kicks off my first ever blog event, #BeanieBabytober! I thought it would be fun to also include a small Meet the Artist with today's posts. So without further ado

🌟Meet ShootingStar!✨

Hewwo!! I go by Star and I've been creating all of my life. I love working with all different types of media and experimenting with combining multiple mediums.

Currently I've been really into jewelry making, specially novelty earrings, sewing, digital art, and paper crafting. But I also do woodburning, resin, soap making, photography, drawing/painting, felt crafts, and more.

My house is full of three rambunctious cats, Ginger, Pickle, and Grim. I have a garden on its second year currently being taken over by butternut squash (about 20 fruit currently growing).

Thank you to all of my friends and followers who make events like this possible, I couldn't do it without everyone's support.

Hubby had three lives over the weekend, but that’s no excuse to let me rot at home on such a lovely Sunday! So I dressed up and dragged him outside for a walk (and some strong coffee!) 💕

Finally decided I wanted to share this pic. I have a derpier one, but I need a bit more encouragement to post it because my face. Mark's post about buckling up about Warfstache makes me want to cosplay again so imma throw this at your face holes instead. Good god I'm 24 and I said faceholes...

Surgery went well, I've been resting alot. The plan is for drains to come out on may 4th!

All the moms there were wearing super boring suit-like dresses in dark colors, but no way I was gonna do that! It’s spring and I’m happy to be back home and see my baby reach such an important milestone, so I wore one of my cutest dresses for it! ♥
