It’s your second year at Westview University, you’ve been here long enough to understand how this place works but not quite enough to find your place here. But finally you’re eligible to live in the dorm suite which is much easier on your wallet. Especially thanks to splitting the bills with your three new dorm mates.
Between settling into your major, juggling classes & studying, searching for a part-time job, and trying to find yourself, this year is… rough, to say the least. However, you’re not alone (unless you choose to be, that is). If there’s one thing that’s getting you through this year, it’s your newfound friendship (or more) with your dorm mates. Not to mention the barista at The Nook that you met last year and the major annoyance you’ve been unfortunately partnered up with for your end-of-year project.
This year, you find out things about yourself you’d never known (or maybe you did, but you never felt right sharing them until now). You allow yourself to open up, trying new things, meeting new people, pushing boundaries you never would have before. After all, isn’t that what you’re here for?
Westview Nights is a romance-focused, college-based interactive fiction rooted in identity, relationships, and choices. It is rated 17+ for language, suggestive content, violence, and alcohol & drug use.
⏾ FEATURES ⏾

⏾ — Get through your sophomore year. Keep your grades up, your happiness steady, and your bills paid. Balance classes, friendships, and late-night adventures as you navigate your sophomore year. Take time to study, hang out with your friends, and work a few shifts at your new job; whether that’s the campus coffee shop, the local music store, tutoring, or assisting at the tattoo shop downtown. Between hobbies like gaming and streaming with a certain someone, picking up your instrument again, or just trying to survive another exam week… it’s shaping up to be a long year.
⏾ — Make a little time for some romance. Take time to get to know your potential love interests — who knows? Maybe you’ll fall head over heels… or maybe they will. Still figuring out your preferences? That’s alright too. This is college; no one expects you to have it all figured out just yet. Explore a little, see what you like.
Not in the mood for romance? No worries — everyone’s just as happy to be your friend (or maybe your rival, if you play your cards right… or wrong).
⏾ — Keep things peaceful in the dorm. Four people from different backgrounds live together, and conflicts are bound to happen. Help your dormmates through small disagreements, bigger arguments, or moments when they just need someone to listen. Living together is a team effort, and your dormmates will do their best to support you too when you need them most.
⏾ ROMANCEABLE CHARACTERS ⏾
TIMOTHY "MOTH" YOON. he / him. ⏾ THE HEART.
Moth is one of your dorm mates, splitting his time between classes, his (probably unhealthy) late-night streaming schedule, and spending time with his best friend, Tatum. He’s the kind of person who always puts others first—gentle, thoughtful, and endlessly observant, noticing little things about people most would overlook.
He’s easy to be around, all soft smiles and quiet humor, but there’s more beneath the surface. Moth hides the parts of himself he thinks might be too much, burying his own worries beneath his warmth. Maybe it’s easier to care for everyone else than to let someone truly care for him.
Will you be the one to see the real Moth beneath it all?
TATUM REED. she/her. ⏾ THE GLUE.
If there’s one thing Tatum believes in, it’s keeping her people close. She doesn’t stand for anyone talking down to her friends and will do whatever it takes to keep the peace. She’s the type to step in when things get tense, to make sure everyone’s okay, even if it means ignoring her own feelings.
Still, for someone so open, there’s something guarded about her. You know everything about Tatum and somehow nothing at all. It’s like she’s been living a second life ever since her last heartbreak, quietly carrying pieces of herself that no one’s seen in years.
Will you be the one to bring that side of her back?
Note: Tatum is only romancable by MCs that are women.
DANI CRUZ. they/she. ⏾ THE LIFE OF THE PARTY.
You learn pretty early on that Dani is a bit of a wild card. They seem quiet and contained at first glance but very quickly will the prove otherwise. Dani is bold, confident, and a little blunt to be honest. She loves to party, thrives on attention and seems to have neverending energy. Or at least that's how it seems.
They've been told many times over how exhausting they can be and how they need to get serious. Their personality leaves outsiders underestimating them, so much so that they don't realize how much of a genius Dani really is. Who says you can't balance a life of studying and partying?
Will you look past others' judgement and see Dani for who they really are?
RIVER JORDAN. she/her or he/him. THE MISUNDERSTOOD.
River is the barista at The Nook and you can often hear their name mumbled throughout the halls of Westview University. Rumor has it this and that. They're a player, a jerk, a flirt, a bully, a degenerate… the rumors are neverending. When you met River last year they were really sweet to you.
Then the rumors started spreading further and before you knew it they were backing away. Keeping to themself, staying closed in. The rumors only grew but River never seemed to care. Just brushed them off, never confirmed nor denied anything. They didn't care about the attention it brought them, positive or negative.
Will you break down those walls River's built up so strongly?
JESSIE AARDEN. she/her or he/him. ⏾ THE PARTNER.
You’ve been partnered with Jessie for your end-of-year project — the same Jessie who’s managed to charm half the campus and annoy the other half. They’re cocky, reckless, and way too confident for someone who can’t seem to take anything seriously.
Their smirk always means trouble, their teasing never ends, and yet somehow… they make it hard to look away. Maybe it’s the way they grin when you’re glaring at them. They’re infuriating. Carefree. Addictive. And maybe, just maybe, that confidence hides something deeper… or maybe they really are just the heartbreaker everyone warns talks about.
