Elli stares at Urbano, fidgeting anxiously, nervous because of the other's appearance. Their hands flutter a bit and they bleat softly, going to move around him. (@thelittleelk for starbaz)

Urbano wasn’t really sure where he was. He had walked to the market, turned down a street he wasn’t familiar with and bow everything looked unfamiliar even when he retraced his steps.

His eyes widen a little when he notes the person - being? - moving around him with a little bleat. No one else seems to be taking any notice of him, so he might as well try to find out if the shy looking individual knows anything.

“Excuse me? Do you know where this is? I need to get back to the palace.”

— Ben made his way through the crowd, shouldering around everyone close enough to touch. His eyes flickered from face to face, trying to pick out any in particular that looked like they might have any kind of money on them.

When one face in particular stood out to him, for whatever reason, before getting a good look at whomever in particular it belonged to, he perked up and made his way through the crowd to them. He arranged his body just so, before colliding with them and sliding his hand to snatch whatever lay at their hip— Assuming it was money. Hopefully they wouldn’t notice the pickpocketing.

Bishop is a wizard that specializes in necromancy to bring back the dead and telling the future. He runs a small shop and sells fortunes for cheap.

He’s totally totally blind, but can use his magic to sense things around him and “see” in a sense. In terms of personality, he’s not very social but tries to at least avoid being unpleasant.

--- Ben turned in a slow circle, letting the dragon on his shoulder drop down to curl around his bicep and let out a small burst of flame out towards their growing audience. This was just a normal part of the routine, to allow the dragons to show off all their most dangerous parts in order to catch and keep the attention of anyone watching. Quietly, almost imperceptibly, he gave a few of the smaller dragons the signal to fly out into the crowd. There, they curled around shoulders and breathed out smoke and flames over heads to distract from the subtle motions of claws snatching jewelry and various currency (always valuable to have multiple kinds, in a world where merchants usually did exchanges only with notes and coins from their native dimension) and quickly flying them over to their master’s bag throughout the rest of the performance before it ended. Some time passed, nearly an hour or more, before Ben raised his hands and spoke “Show’s over, everyone, thank you for your time!” to disperse the crowd and bring the show to a close. He watched as people piled their coins into the hat he’d set out to collect generous tips, and stepped forward to take it and hastily make his leave before anyone noticed something missing from their person.
