He’s totally totally blind, but can use his magic to sense things around him and “see” in a sense. In terms of personality, he’s not very social but tries to at least avoid being unpleasant.

 They’re an aesthetic blogger that thinks they’re hot shit.

History: An Italian sailor witch who was born in 1920’s and still looks like she’s 16.

Personality: Rita has a very outgoing personality, she loves to be around people at any time of day. She loves to tell stories, or even for that matter, make them up to tell people. She loves to cook and bake, and does anything that is deemed very “Lady Like”, and loves nothing more than tea sets and doing your nails at a slumber party. One thing that she just loves to do with her free time is swing dancing. She also LOVES anything 1920’s, 1950 and 1960’s themed. From Elvis to Jukeboxes, she loves them all. Rita also loves making her own fireworks, sparklers and fire crackers.  She strives to be, quote, “An Entertainer of all trades”.  From her stories, dancing and fireworks, she wants to be greater than gatsby one day.

Basically, like I said, it’s a super loose and informal roleplay group pretty much dedicated to just having an excuse to interact with your various ocs that get no love otherwise.

There’s no limit to characters you can have, not a lot of rules, and the concept is pretty simple: a lot of different universes have been meshed together with powerful magic, and now the characters in them have to adjust to everything around them and each other

That’s… Pretty much it. Any kind of character can exist there, and there isn’t any application process. Just check out the tags
