Frost has been cited as a "World-class telepath", "Omega Class Telepath". Additionally, she has also been referred among the five telepaths on the planet capable of perfectly and seamlessly altering a mind, has demonstrated the ability to stalemate Exodus, and overcome telepaths, such as a young Nate Grey, and a young Rachel Summers, through greater experience and skill. When Wolverine thought to be protected from her thanks to Level 9 Psi-Shields created by Charles Xavier, she stated she was herself Level 10. Her abilities have been stated to rival that of Charles Xavier himself, this statement only proven in her telepathic defeat of the Professor.

ORGANIC DIAMOND FORM: As a result of undergoing a body-wide Secondary Mutation, Frost possesses the ability to transform her body into a flexible organic diamond form. In many ways, this is similar to Colossus' organic steel form. She must transform all parts of her body, rather than selectively transforming certain areas and can remain in this form for an undetermined amount of time. If she is rendered unconscious, Frost's body will automatically transform into its normal state. This transformation also alters Frost's personality, causing her to become rather cold-hearted and to lose her empathy for others. Emma does not have access to her telepathy while in her diamond form while making her immune to others. Emma does not need to breath or eat/drink while in this form.

Emma Frost thinks that Christmas Eve is perhaps the most romantic time of the year. She finds it both beautiful and tragic.

Emma never lets anyone design her costumes without her seal of approval. She doesn’t refer to her outfit as a “costume” but more as a uniform. She dryly informed Wolverine when he “sleeps with the leader of the pact”, then he can also wear what he wants.

Emma is known for speaking in somewhat of an upper class British accent. There is actually a debate as whether this is her real accent or she has completely altered it for her own personal preference.

PERSONALITY

+Shrewd - Emma Frost is a highly astute woman with words that cut deep enough to make even the most powerful entities deeply. She considers herself a wordsmith, often lifting the phrases of other people and twisting them against them or simply to work in her favour. Emma is considered to be every political worst nightmare.

+Charismatic - Many people can be charismatic but very few are as charismatic as Emma Frost. Emma has been raised in a family that was practically lethal to those who bared their emotions. She has faced perhaps her worst nightmares and came out strong for it. Emma has carefully crafted her persona to protect herself from other people. Emma doesn’t just show off for the sake of it but to display how she has carefully crafted everything; her wealth, her intelligence, her vanity. Everything was crafted into a weapon that she puts full confidence in.

-Ruthless - Emma Frost has had to learn to play dirty to survive and when she felt like the world was truly against her, she decided that she would do whatever she had to punish the world. Even when brought onto the X-Men, Emma has often vocalised she is willing to burden the hard choices if it meant a better life for mutants. She doesn’t find it easy as she likes to convince others but she is willing to burden those choices so young mutants don’t have to.

-Manipulative - Emma Frost has been known to be a master manipulator. She is decisive and often has this complex within her that she must control everything around her for everything to be okay. This can often lead her to make morally grey decisions such as being deceptive to achieve what she needs.

Canary Cry: Dinah Lance possesses a sonic scream, called the “canary cry”, that is compared to “firing a rocket launcher.” It has been recorded that it is possible to reach 300 decibels. Dinah's scream is powerful enough to produce enough force to launch a full-grown human and other heavy objects back several feet. Her scream can also shatter a marble statue, steel arrows, and kill a human being by causing internal hemorrhaging or shatter their skull. With one shout, Dinah can cause tremors that can collapse a building. Dinah can also control the range of her screams, creating seismic waves large enough to collapse a building or small enough to enter through the ear, causing internal damage on a fatal scale. She is even able to create a sonic bullet by blowing a kiss. Dinah has famously been able to bring a train to a halt with her scream. Dinah is immune to her own power as well as resistant to the sound/vibration powers of others.

HEADCANONS;

Black Canary is regarded as one of the world’s most dangerous fighters. Barbara Gordon had even stated that Dinah Lance could probably fight toe-to-toe with Batman of all people. Dinah has fought against some prominent fighters and has stalemated them if not beaten them including longtime rival Lady Shiva, Cheshire, China White and Deathstroke to name a few. It is said that fighting Dinah in close combat is a amateur mistake.

Dinah often works on her motorcycle in her spare time. It seems to be a running joke that Dinah’s motorcycle is constantly changing and is often overprotective of it.

There is a government conspiracy theory as to why Dinah wears fishnets.

Dinah Lance was stabbed by Damien Darhk with one of Oliver’s Arrows which almost killed her. During this time, Dinah had hit a rough patch and still has quite cynical outlook.

PERSONALITY;

+Courageous: Dinah Lance wears her heart on her sleeve. She doesn’t think twice about running into danger and doing the right thing. She has the attitude that is bulletproof though her body isn’t. This is evident in her many feats as Black Canary, namely fighting some of the most dangerous villains in the world and in close quarters.

+Compassionate: Dinah can often be the loudest woman in the room but she doesn’t need to be loud to speak the truth. She is used to sharing the truth to other people, even if they don’t want to hear it. Unlike Diana, Dinah’s delivery can sometimes be a little tactless and be blunt in what she says but her heart is always in the right place, often proving time and time again that her love has no limits. Dinah, though honest to most, sometimes lies to herself and sometimes fails to take the same advice she gives others and puts others needs before her own.

-Reckless: Dinah Lance may be brave but she is also reckless to the point where sometimes she can act before she thinks things through fully. She often throws herself into dangerous situations without a second thought and though she can handle herself, it has also bitten her in the backside more than once. Dinah is a level-headed person but she is stubborn and follows her heart and her sense of morality, no matter how she is hurt in the process.

-Jaded: Since her near death experience and feeling like her life has fallen apart piece by piece since then. She still believes in fighting the good fight but Dinah is also jaded by the rough life she has had. Her near death experience only made this worse for her. She often feels adrift, getting into brutal fights to feel a sense of purpose and sometimes feels no matter how hard she fights, that nothing changes.

Character Bio The Fantastic Four were once a popular, visible and successful superhero team, but that was before the Superhero Relocation Program.  Each member reacted differently to the new status quo; for Reed Richards, very little changed and he continued to conduct his experiments and researches, albeit with fewer interruptions.  His wife, Sue Richards (née Storm), stayed - somewhat reluctantly - to support her husband, while her brother, Johnny, fully embraced the opportunities his celebrity and new found freedom afforded him.  Only Ben Grimm seemed to receive the short straw…

Since the accident which transformed him into The Thing, Ben had found purpose & acceptance as a member of The Fantastic Four, even while feeling that his monstrous appearance made him an outcast from society as a whole.  Now that the SRP had forcibly disbanded the team, the other members seemed to be happily pursuing their own agendas, while Ben was left feeling discarded, isolated and bitter.

After several unsuccessful attempts to find a new purpose, Ben eventually ended up joining the Unlimited Class Wrestling (UCW) circuit, hoping to find some acceptance but just ending up fighting the same superpowered grotesques that he had as a hero. His long term girlfriend, Alicia Masters, disapproved of this new direction and begged Ben to get some help, but this led to the break up of their relationship and Ben threw himself wholly into the UCW. This worked out fine for quite some time, with The Thing becoming a popular wrestler, until the promoters wanted Ben to turn ‘Heel’ and he refused.  This prompted his highly publicised dismissal and a court action for breach of contract which left him penniless.

Angry, rejected and destitute, Ben ended up drifting from place to place, taking jobs where he could, until eventually finding himself in Star City.  Ben Grimm has been here for about a year now and although he still hasn’t found a purpose to his life, he has at least found a place to rest and a kind of acceptance, amongst the mutants, mutates & allies of District X.

He’s a human, technically, but enhanced by magic bestowed upon him by an ancient diety and through mystical items such as his helm.

Magic: His magical powers have been described as “conversion of matter into energy and energy into matter.” He’s an interdimensional being, meant to maintain order within and between universes, and his magic reflects that. In order to use this magic, however, he has to be wearing the Helm of Fate. He’ll also get tired from using his magic too much, and will need time to “recharge.” 

Immortality: The powers bestowed upon him by Nabu have extended his life indefinitely. 

Invulnerability: In the comics, the only forms of attack that affect Kent are gas attacks.

1) Kent thought about becoming an archaeologist like his father, but the thought of sitting around doing research all day rather than doing more hands-on work was stifling. 

2) Kent spends most of his time in the Tower of Fate, which exists outside of space and time. 

3) He tries not to get too involved with the order of things within a certain universe, but with the way things have been going in the universe our game takes place in, Kent is finding it more and more difficult to remain neutral. As an agent of the Lords of Order, he’s supposed to be completely unbiased, but what’s right is so clear to him here, he’s started to disobey that edict.

kent sees things from a very balanced and multilateral point of view. since he’s seen a lot of variations on different events from different universes, he has a more complete idea of the scope of different decisions.

kent is precise and rational, and approaches problems the way he approaches his whole life: in a meticulous and detail-oriented manner. 

- self-righteous

he pretty much always thinks that he is right, and he tells others that he’s right all the time. he thinks that his moral viewpoint is the only correct one, and that others have clouded judgment. 

- aloof

kent doesn’t connect with people very well, instead spending time wrapped up in his own mind.

I would love to have Kent team up with other magic users in the game, and maybe even mentor them since he’s been using magic for a gazillion years. 

Something that would be interesting is if there are characters now or in the future who are time-displaced or something similar, that Kent could work with them in trying to solve the mystery of how that happened and get them back to the place/time they’re supposed to be. 

I just desperately need Kent to annoy all the members of the Justice League in game by being the dry, ironic, self-righteous ass he normally is.

At the beginning of the hero ban, Kent thought that it would blow over quickly. He had seen plenty of similar universes try to institute similar bans, but it never worked, the heroes always garnering enough support and pushing back against the machine hard enough to get rid of any sort of ban. However, as the years passed and it became clear that the ban was going to be here to stay, Kent decided to spend some time in other universes to try and figure out what he was supposed to do to maintain order in this universe. 

He was advised by Nabu, the ancient deity that gave him his powers, not to interfere with the business of countries and governments in this universe, not to meddle with the natural order of things, so he spent most of the past 5 years hiding out in the Tower of Fate, trying to reconcile his morals and ideals with being a truly neutral agent of the Lords of Order. It was more difficult than he ever wanted to admit, and he spent time in universes that had overcome their hero bans in order to feel a little better about the fate of this universe. 

Now that it has become even clearer that the ban is going to stay for the long term, Kent has shrugged the neutrality that he had become known for in the years he had spent as Doctor Fate. There is something terribly wrong with this universe, and he is determined to fix it.

3) For fun, Ollie likes to do that dumb thing where you toss a piece of paper into a garbage can across the room and yell “Kobe!” Despite being an expert marksman, he almost always misses.

Ollie’s adventurous spirit has led to him being a funny, fun, and wild vigilante, which is what he likes about himself.

At the beginning of the ban, Oliver continued on as Green Arrow. He didn't see any reason for him to stop, especially in Star City, his hometown where he has been lauded as a hero for years. However, he knew that he couldn't keep going on without making some changes—without putting a face to his actions and without owning up for what he's doing. So, about 3 years into the ban, he decided to take the radical decision of unmasking himself, making his identity public to everyone as a show of support for other heroes and as a way to take responsibility for his actions.

Since then, Oliver has continued on as Green Arrow, fighting the good fight and getting arrested a few times in the process for violations of the ban. However, he hasn't let that stop him, as he's definitely not the kind of person who ever learns from his lessons, and no matter how many times he gets arrested or gets in trouble, he was going to continue doing what he felt was right. Oliver has always been stubborn in that way.

In the last few years, Queen Industries has taken off in the private sector—their government contracts have long since dried up because of the way that Oliver is vocally outspoken against the ban, but people who don't believe in the ban have been more than happy to fund the various industries that his company is involved in. Overall, the ban had been good for Oliver. He no longer had to hide who he was to do what he felt was right.

1) RJ Doesn’t know what he wants to do, but he likes English. He’d like to be a writer, he thinks, but he’s afraid that the only stories he has to tell, no one will want to hear. 

2) He’s been in Star City for weeks now, pretty much ever since parting ways with Bucky, knowing that he would be coming back here. He hasn’t yet gotten up the courage to confront Bucky yet. 

3) RJ has made a promise to himself that he won’t kill again. It’s a promise that has been difficult to keep, especially with all the people he knows are out there, doing bad things.

distrustful

it takes a lot for rj to trust anyone. the only people he has trusted have, in his view, completely let him down every time. 

impulsive

rj is a teenage boy, after all, and like many teenage boys, his impulse control is not great. 

warm

once you get to know rj, he’s got a great capacity for kindness and warmth. it just takes a while to get there. 

flexible

living in uncertain situations for most of his life has made rj incredibly adaptable.

1) Perhaps some of the villains could have known RJ’s dad as a two-bit criminal. RJ would hate them immediately, which I would get a huge kick out of. 

2) I would love for RJ to become a vigilante down the line, when he realizes he can actually put his skills towards something good, instead of feeling like the killing machine that HYDRA made him.

At the beginning of the ban, RJ was 10 and was in his third foster home in as many months. He'd been bouncing around for some time, his rowdy nature and penchant for tantrums and fighting making him a bit too much for any foster home to keep him for very long. It wasn't like RJ cared very much anyway—none of these people were his mother, and he had no interest in connecting with any of them. For the next few years, RJ would continue to get into fights, getting more and more violent each time, and his social worker was at a loss when he was, inevitably, locked up in juvie.

When he was released into a group home at the age of 15, that group home, not caring where RJ went as long as they still got the benefits, released RJ into the care of his handler at HYDRA. For the next two years, HYDRA molded him into a peak assassin, manipulating him and treating him like something they scraped off the bottom of their shoes. RJ was desperate for their approval, so when his final test was to kill Bucky Barnes, he jumped at the opportunity.

The next few weeks were a blur, between being unable to kill Bucky to ending up being a sort of ally, RJ thought, for a while, that maybe he could do something good with his life. He even reconnected with his father—but things started to go south when his father was nowhere to be found one morning. He found out that Bucky had some part to play in his father's death, thanks to information his former handler at HYDRA gave him, and he stormed off. He killed his handler and disappeared, vanished into the anonymous masses.

Little did Bucky, who thought he had seen the last of RJ, know that RJ had followed him back to Star City. He couldn't quite muster the courage to face Bucky, who was about as close to someone he trusted as RJ got, so instead he enrolled at the local community college, got a job. He's determined to be normal—something that was stolen from him his whole life.
