Dusting off her hands, Fu Hua watched as the last remains of the slain honkai beasts disintegrated and scattered into dust. There had only been a few chariot-classes; nothing of note, which made her deployment here more of a precautionary measure than anything else. She’d have to notify the clean-up crews later, but the night was young and this area around the outer edge of town isn’t used very much anyways. There should be plenty of time before dawn.

Then, out of the corner of her eyes, she sees something move in the shadows.

A witness? But if they hadn’t made a sound yet, perhaps they hadn’t seen anything important - after all, the area had been dimly lit, and she’d taken out the honkai beasts with barely any commotion. Clearing her throat, Fu Hua turns to face the other person.

“...Can I help you?”

There was a brief pause as she peered down at the people in distrust. She may be naive, kind, and caring but those that hurt her friends were met with a colder more sinister side of the female. Yet today was not one of those days. Today a day she decided to spare the human trash that called themselves a part of that society.

“...hm....?” The female turned her attention from the people fleeing to the male that had entered the alleyway. “Whose there...?”

She would be normal, uninteresting, if not for the body at her feet of a poor girl killed simply for being who she was. Dragged along, almost as if this normal girl had something she was scheming to do with it, maybe a display, maybe she was just angry. But all of that had to wait, Envy had a quest today on this busy busy weekday as war waged in one galaxy, and assassinations took place in another.
