iiat? I tend to 'hyperfocus' a lot and just fixate on unimportant things and they might not even be fascinating I just zone out and focus on that one thing in front of me and I can't tell how much time goes by. it could be ADHD or OCD but I'm not sure.

Hyperfocusing could be an ADHD trait but it’s also normal for a lot of autistic people to hyperfocus on tasks too.
