Taking some much needed self care today. After a few weekend shows and working all week I forgot to actually take time out for recharge. Oops! Heck, with this last round I didn't even get a chance to do basic housekeeping! So today is resetting my internal "house" as well as puttering through household chores to clean, refresh and recharge. It's actually taking effort to not work, but if I don't take this time the consequences won't be pretty.
