Motivation is the experience of desire or aversion. There is no universal way to stay motivated. There can be a reason behind motivation but that varies from person to person and situation to situation. Motivation is never permanent . If you have ever spend your day halfheartedly then you will definitely relate and agree with me...
We need to charge ourselves with positive affirmations and optimistic goal. Two years back when I was going through a lot I could hardly find that motivation to even spend my day positively & happily. I started watching motivationl videos and reading articles and then I learned a technique. Everyday I make my to do list and prioritize top three task I have/want to accomplish by the end of the day. This course of action gives me purpose, clear my vision and also provide motivation for the day. So, this is how I motivate myself.
As I said everybody has there own unique technique to self motivate. What's yours?????

My #wellnesswednesday posts are always done from a point of inspiration and today as I sat down in my meditation chair, in my robe, with my lemon water, feeling really fricking good, it occurred to me that mornings have become the most important part of my day for good reason. My morning routine is ALL about loving myself and doing things that express that. • Watch the videos for more details, but here’s the 3 things I do for myself most mornings... • 1~ Deep connection and gratitude ritual (I break it down in the vids) I do this EVERY day. #gold • 2~ Creative time - something for ME that feels good and moves my dreams forward. • 3~ Physical exercise - duh! Something that makes me sweaty and feel #badass (Bonus - dance party in my living room - this is becoming almost a daily affair 👌💃🏻) • If mornings are a challenge for you, pick one tiny thing that makes you feel good and build on it. I think the most important thing is that you start your day feeling good and connected.
