Squats - 3 X 5 @ 245 lbs
Bench - 3 X 5 @ 180 lbs Deadlift - 1 X 5 @ 295 lbs (hook grip)
Assisted Ring Dips green band: 14, 12, 10
Barbell Curls: 20 @ 45 lbs, 14 @ 65 lbs, 10 @ 75 lbs
I hurt my knee yesterday, trying to disconnect my sump pump from pumping into the overflowing sewer so it wouldn't back up into my basement, I went running on the wet grass and my leg went under and twisted my knee, it hurt terribly last night but felt good enough to work out today. I got through all sets without issue but the weight is getting heavy, I'm grinding now, even bench was a bit challenging. With deadlift I'm still on the hook grip, my goal was 305 lbs with the hook grip and I think I'll hit it. Never workout squats are over 250 and DL over 300 lbs so that's a milestone of sorts.
