Which Gauntlet Would You Wear?
Clearly.
if there are any questions about why tony didn’t immediately disintegrate when he used the infinity stones for his stark gauntlet given humans aren’t able to harness the pure power of the stones and hulk barely did, the arc reactor tech is immune to infinity stone influence/power, as shown in avengers 1 when loki tried to use the mind stone on tony. i’d say that managed to grant tony enough time to snap before he succumbed to the full power of the six stones all at once.
I remembered what #12 was!
— I wanted to say that I really wanted there to be some like impossible shot the Avengers had to make, something only Hawkeye could do, to explain narratively (in the Dr Strange one timeline sense) why it had to be Nat. I wouldn’t be happier about it really, especially from a more macro level. But at least he wouldn’t just lay there and hand the glove over to fake Nebula. Use your hawk eyes to see that is not her.
— Also when they had the glove relay, weren’t they supposed to get the stones away from Thanos? Because it seems like they are running toward him a lot.
— why does Dr Strange call them timelines but the Ancient One calls them branch realities? Get it straight.
— another thing I was thinking about was Rhodey and Nebula’s exchange about “working with what you got.” I like that moment. And I think that and Frigga’s advice to Thor a little bit (in this case the failing at being who you are supposed to be would be everything not working out happily with Peggy, etc) work in opposition to Steve’s go live my life in an alternate reality plan.
