Other than that he has social anxiety and everyone hates him becoz he steals stuff from others for attention. You probably may occasionally encounter him on teh place of other vendors, which will make teh prices of teh stuff higher... Can someone kill him

He tries to be kind, but is extremely awkward unless you are close to him
