In fact, this was not supposed to be the 1st dossier, since this character essentially appears in season 3. And so, the first dossiers should have included Nickie, Cavella, Whiskas and others. In the meantime, you can check out Starley's profile, one of my favorites:3 I honestly really like his design. Fun fact: in season 3, Starley presents himself as a total pacifist, but already in season 4 he literally shows that he is on Pain's side, or mb he just controls him?...

TIME FOR ARTS (2025) #25

I decided to draw the first art for Starley in a slightly different style. AND I MADE 2 MISTAKES IN HIS DOSSIER. I forgot to draw him gloves because they are white, AND I ALSO FORGOT TO ADD ANOTHER HOBBY: cooking. Yes, because in seasons 3-4 of PAB he had/has his own pizzeria/cafe/restaurant. But about the story a little later. Now there will be art, but I do not promise that this week there will be something else.
