1. favorite fic you wrote this year: definitely forgery! it was a fun concept and i think it turned out really well!
7. longest completed fic you wrote this year: shoot i don’t know uhhh okay apparently it was and from the rain!
12. favorite character to write about this year: it’s a pretty close tie between deceit and logan! logan is easy to write because his spoken voice is the closest to mine, but a lot of my favorite lines that i wrote were snarky deceit ones
13. favorite writing song/artist/album of this year: this is difficult because every single fic i write has 2-4 songs that i listened to when writing it… but i’ll say of monsters and men wrote a lot of my favorites (including crystals and empire)
14. a fic you didn’t expect to write: i didn’t intend to write a sequel to forgery, and i didn’t intend for quarter health to become multi-chapter until the night before i posted it
23. fics you wanted to write but didn’t: that’s a MEAN QUESTION. uhhh there was the phantom thief au…i was going to do some stuff with the sides as imaginary friends but i ditched it…i was going to do an au where patton and virgil had difficulties getting along because patton refused to accept virgil as anything other than a soft misunderstood baby, but that’s canon now so…
24. favorite fic you read this year: oh definitely Space (All I Think About is You and Me) by @hahanoiwont. the worldbuilding is excellent, the OCs made me cry, and the storytelling is everything i aspire to as an author. go read space you guys it’s really good
