Yes, the STORY goes that my mom had picked out the name for me, and my birth notice had gone in the paper as Lorissa Joy & everything... however, after being handed around from family member to family member for the first hour of my life I was finally handed back to my mother who got a moment alone and was like “her name is not Lorissa” and that’s how I got my name!
