he does not know what to say. he kind of ALWAYS believed in aliens, in extra-terrestrial beings, but meeting one? hell NO he never thought that would happen. it was sort of the same way he didn’t have sturdy footing with religion—he believes in SOMETHING, but he isn’t quite sure of WHAT.

             silence  has  made  itself  known  as  a  TRAGEDY  of  an  acquaintance.  and  he  wishes,  god,  he  wishes  the  matter  fell  simpler  than  this.  but  wishes  are  never  a  guaranteed  reality,  this  he  knows  well.  and  perhaps  mind  wracks  itself  sore,  each  tinge  of  pain  failing  to  numb  behind  tired  eyes  and  carrying  a  burden  of  a  repetition:  IT  WASN’T  REAL.  knows  this  in  his  core,  efforts  to  press  it  down  fall  in  vain.  and  his  hesitance,  perhaps,  is  due  to  quiet  lingering  fear  ;  he  is  irresolute,  unwillingly  lacking  sureness  towards  the  answers  he  may  uncover.  “ ...  okay. ”  a  drawn  breath  is  slow,  calculated.  “ ...  let’s  start  from  the  BEGINNING. ”       //        @starstrayd  liked.

          she opens her eyes but lays still for at least a minute, getting used to THE LIGHT COMING FROM THE WINDOW and the faint sound of cars driving down the highway alongside with the birds chirping on the balcony. the clock on the wall marks nine thirty and lena yawns. it’s sunday, her staff is off. she’ll have to either cook something or call a delivery. her eyes fall into the white screen of her tv and frowns      crap she fell asleep while watching the movie. she tries to move to take the remote on the near table and turn it off but is only then when she finds that something      someone      is holding her in place. lyra, with her blonde hair sprawled is STILL SLEEPING with her head rested against her chest and both her arms around lena’s waist. she blushes. ❝ lyra... hey... ❞ she whispers while lightly tapping on her shoulder. she doubts that’ll wake her up.     @starstrayd

i watched a stream where telltale said they basically regretted making kenny such an antagonist in s2 and i was like G O O D

LIKE  !!! he could have been a conceivable antagonist w/o half the shit he did or said !! arvo is a big pointer!!! that was badly out of character i think ?? given what was already established. i love kenny & i think he deserves to be written like a real person, but a real person wouldnt marry & then DATE people who dont speak english as a first language, but hate a kid with that same trait??

i love kenny despite the shit he did in NGB re: arvo and i tend to pretend that shit dont exist sometimes because it was so fucking stupid and not part of his REAL character but ultimately he did that in canon so i sometimes feel bad??? but it was obviously put in there with the intention of sabotaging him to look bad

i love the man even with his flaws!! & he could have been a good & interesting antagonist! w/o! what they did with arvo! it’s not interesting & it’s not realistic!!! & honestly, something rubbed me the wrong way about it , but i could never put my finger on it until i found your blog.
