Hi! I was wondering if you were still doing starter matchups? I’m a fairly laidback person who likes to give people their own space and autonomy to make their own decisions. I also have a rather dry, wry sort of sense of humor. My hobbies include writing, traveling, hiking, fishing, reading, gardening, and playing video games. I’m looking for a partner that I can strongly bond with and take with me on my adventures (since like I mentioned before, I really love traveling and exploring new places)

These lively fighting types are easy to bond with and willing to go through any type of training ot adventure you’ll take it on! They’re very friendly, though often they can be recklessly brave. However, they made amazing travelling buddies and will love what you love!
Resending the starter matchup request; I'm a serious girl that makes the first impression of being very cold and distant, but I really don't mean to be impolite. I just have terrible social skills and I'm a bit shy and anxious. I'm more empathetic than I look like, really. My biggest passion is art, I could draw all day and not get bored at all. I'm looking for a Pokémon that could provide emotional support when I'm feeling down but could also push me to try new, exciting things.
Based off what you're telling me, I fully believe cutiefly would make an amazing companion to you! Cutiefly possesses the ability to read auras, and a vast amount of empathetic powers, it could actually predict when you're feeling down before you have fully processed, or become aware of what you're feeling.
I warn you! Cutiefly DOESN'T like the rain, but it can predict when it is going to rain so it will ask you to be called back into its Poke Ball or will rapidly seek shelter from it. Although, cutiefly's are natural adventures, and it will help you step out of your comfort zone, they're fiercely loyal and once a bound has been formed; it's unbreakable.
Plus having such an upbeat Pokémon around you will let people know you're actually not cold, and are as polite as they come. Trust your cutiefly's judgement, if it doesn't like to be around someone, and tries to drive that person away from you; that person doesn't have your best interest at heart.

Aipom is a generally happy, outgoing pokemon that can definetly get someone out of their shells! They are very smart and love to be challenged with games! They love helping their trainers out with any sort of activities too!
Their little stubby arms are very weak and clumsy, so they mostly use their tails to do anything, but they don’t have much of an issue holding things for you or using their arms to do simple tasks!

Hello Professor. I’m looking for a starter Pokémon that can serve as a service Pokémon as well. I was abused my sons relatives and I have really bad anxiety. I’m also claustrophobic so I don’t like being inside all the time. I love nature and walking through the forest and fields. I enjoy gardening as well. Outside of that, I would prefer a Pokémon who can provide the services needed for mental health, something that can help me through a panic attack. I hope this doesn’t sound too picky!

There are many pokemon that can serve as a service pokemon for anxiety, as it’s something that a lot of pokemon can easily detect!
Since you are claustrophobic, I believe a smaller pokemon would probably be better, so I would recommend Lillipup!
These little ones are very intelligent and very quick to pick up on their trainers’ emotions. They are known for their courage and their quick thinking, so with the right classes, a Lillipup should learn very quickly how to deal with a panic attack.
If you choose to evolve your Lillipup into a Herdier, please remind yourself that Herdier is much bigger than Lillipup, however they are much more alert to changes in a person’s heartbeat and overall much better as a service pokemon, but either does a great job!
In having a Lillipup, you will also have a friend for life! As they are extremely loyal and friendly!
Can I have a starter matchup? I'm a lonely person and really shy I tend to suffer from bad anxiety attacks, I'm gonna be a kindergarten teacher in a few years and I really love pink things and tend to love whoever's in my life really really much, I'm really scared of spiders and clowns
I believe Audino would be an amazing starter for you!
Audino uses the feelers on it’s ears to feel the heatbeats of those around it, so it will be able to detect when you are feeling too anxious and will calmly help you calm down! They are also very friendly and easily bond with their trainers!
While they are not small, Audino are gentle giants and are the perfect pokemon to have around young children! I’m sure Audino is a great match for you!
I'm curious what starter pokemon you would give my trainer luana if that's alright. She is very out there and isn't afraid to speak her mind. Her job is training ride pokemon so is tough enough to take on large pokemon and likes a bit of a challenge. Originally from alola but now in kalos but is open minded to any pokemon c: thank you!

Tauros is both an amazing starting pokemon for ride trainers but also quite the challenge! These pokemon are extremely stubborn and while popular as ride pokemon, they take quite a while to train!
It’s definetly a great pokemon to have if you desire to be a respected ride pokemon trainer!
Hi! I’m looking for a starter match up. I’m really extroverted and I love ballet and ice skating! I also love magic and the color pink (though my Pokémon doesn’t have to be pink). I’m in Kalos now but I’m from the Alola Region and I sometimes get homesick (I’m from Po Town on Ula’ula Island, before it was ransacked by Team Skull). I’m looking for a Pokémon who is free spirited and fun like me. I hope this helps :)
Since you are homesick, how about an Oricorio, a pokemon from Alola!
In any of it’s forms, Oricorio is a pokemon who does what it wants! Free spirited, it takes on one of it’s four forms and dances it’s heart away! However, it loves being with it’s trainer and I’m sure it would just love doing ballet and ice skating with you!
Despite some of it’s forms looking more serious, it’s a very playful pokemon who likes having a good time!
