Season 4, Voyager responds to a distress call from a ship with a critical warp core. Beaming aboard the crew just in time, Tuvok is disgruntled to see that the crew is a group of five more Talaxians like Neelix. 

The episode was scrapped for just being too annoying.

Season 2 - Thanks to his new ‘Traveller’ powers, Wesley Crusher visits the U.S.S. Voyager and is surprised to see Starfleeters stranded so far from home. Since he’s still learning and growing accustomed to the Traveller powers, he’s not powerful enough to move the entire ship home, but he does offer to let Starfleet Command know where Voyager is and that it is safe. 

The Traveller himself then shows up and forbids this, claiming Traveller powers should only be used for vague and confusing reasons, not for anything that might actually drive the plot.

As Wesley and the Traveller debate the ethics of superpowers, Harry Kim gets his hopes up about Libby knowing he’s okay. Poor, dumb Harry.

The episode was cancelled, as Wil Wheaton was unsure about returning to the role.
