Something I love about MLPFIM is that they aren't scared to make pure evil villains. The ones that are neither "misunderstood", nor "want to take over the world but can't hurt a fly". The ones that can't be reformed. That creates a perfect balance with the reformed villains like Starlight or Trixie.
