What a great workout to this new program this morning!!!! I didn’t have to wait for my part was I didn’t have to wait for my DVDs to arrive because I was able to do it from my iPad!!!! Not only did it challenge my balance & core strength but I also learned some new martial art moves!!! Best part.... no weights needed ... just your body weight. The feeling I got afterwards was amazing!!!! I’ve definitely been feeling my azz & core all day long which means it’s working !!!!!
