If you really love God, maybe it’s time to mature in your faith. Maybe it’s time to realize that true love never takes advantage of the other person’s patience and longsuffering. Love doesn’t ask questions like, “How much is too much?” or “How far is too far?” It doesn’t say, “Hey, if I walk away and do my own thing for a while, I can always come back.” Instead, it grieves over the thought of breaking that precious fellowship even for a moment. It sticks close to home and tries to stay clean. Its desire is always to please and honor the beloved.

Today was one of those moti had a hard time getting started but once I did I didn’t stop til that final bell rang! I was up last night either tossing and turning or I was up because Brianna had a coughing jag! Of course her cough is worse at night! Tried to get back to sleep but by the time I did my alarm went off! While I would’ve loved to just lay in bed I didn’t because of the night I had. Might as well get up & be productive! So took my #energize & headed downstairs to get my sweat on! Little did I know the fresh cold air made my pup want to play! Lol! He finally gave up after a little bit! I’m so glad I did my workout when I did though! Definitely gave me the energy I needed & made me feel great. I hated those push-ups but that hid for modifications! The holidays are too close to give up now on my workouts. Sure I’m finding myself struggling with cravings but I’m not giving up & as long as I do the 80/20 rule I’m fine! Day 36/60!!! What a sweat 💦 session I had this morning at 5am but ya know what? It felt great after it was over!!!! Not only did I get my workout out of the way so I don’t have to worry about where I’m going to fit it in, but it gave me that much needed energy especially at that time of the day!!!!! I’m really amazed at how consistent I am with this awesome program! I’ve only been this consistent for one other program that I could remember & I did that one for a straight 4 months! I have not missed ONE workout and I’m so proud of myself for this!!!! I give myself the commitment that I deserve!! I have accountability not only with every woman on my team but also with those in my accountability group done virtually!!!! They are doing it with me every step of the way!!!! We post our sweaty selfies to keep each other accountable & we make it FUN while reaching for our goals!!!!💪🏻 I want a lifestyle change, not just a change until I lose x amount of weight. What a great workout to this new program this morning!!!! I didn’t have to wait for my part was I didn’t have to wait for my DVDs to arrive because I was able to do it from my iPad!!!! Not only did it challenge my balance & core strength but I also learned some new martial art moves!!! Best part.... no weights needed ... just your body weight. The feeling I got afterwards was amazing!!!! I’ve definitely been feeling my azz & core all day long which means it’s working !!!!!
