I was talking to @manusass about Data's new body (and his other personalities) and then she said that she has a theory, that in the end, the personalities of Lore,B4 and Lal (and I guess Soong is somehow in there too??? I hope we will see more in the next episode) could be transferred to new synth/android body, so they all have their own body!!!
