An aspect of human existence that will forever perplex this notion of limitations and human agents is the idea of the law. Now please don't confuse, I am not attempting to advocate a world without order or rules, but as said by Captain Barbosa in Curse of the Black Pearl, "there more like guidelines then actual rules". Many such forms of 'unenforced' law do exist today. The bible has its 10 commandments, the Celestine prophecies has it's insights (12 to date I believe), even assassins have their creed. These, to me, make much more scene in the face of the human, for there are so many variations to events that such a law can never be quantified, how can we ever judge anyone, we have never experiences the world through there eyes, we can never see what they see, so who are we to judge them? Even the idea of a jury is supposed to be made up of your peers. I would put forward that a group of people from the same sociological demograph IS NOT a group of peers. Rather to have a accurate group of peers should it no be made up of people who; are of the same age, do the same job, have experienced the same Traumas(injury, disability, abuse), have the same skill sets, one is a friend and one is an enemy, providing a wholistic and accurate approach to ALL sides of an argument. Again, I am not attempting to advocate a world without order or rules, however a world where these 'creeds' exist to guide our lives would be far more forgiving for our humanisms, both positive and negative in the frames of our world through which we exist. Perhaps this is a possible artwork,
