Statenbijbel
The Statenbijbel was commissioned from the Dutch Reformed Church and was translated from early Greek and Hebrew texts in the style of the King James Bible. The translation took 9 years and was finished in 1637 and then printed. This translation is still used today in some church communities. This copy of the Statenbijbel was displayed in the Nieuwe Kerk in Delft
