Really wanted to get 10km in this morning & a bit of hill work. Pace fairly steady, which I’m happy about, including hills. One slow mile, however I was sat in toilet in hamworthy Park! Auto pause not seems to work! Struggled with energy but did have a couple of @haigclub after a curry & glass of wine. It might have been a little kick back from Saturday’s gym session. Tried a new muscle rub, which seem have decent. Tried a new gel too, not nice. Gel might have contributed to emergency comfort break! Now shopping and a hopefully lazy Sunday. Lots of races today, shout out to everyone running Bournemouth bay & Manchester Marathon. Have fun, & smile for the cameras. Seriously considered both, but done the bay race (both 10km & half) a few times & Manchester just too much effort this year.
