"What are you blabbing about, kid?" Paired with a chuckle.
"Overheard somebody talking about eating an 'edible', like there's things they eat that aren't."
⚡️ for kimbley cause boss wants to see him lose his composure
Emotions Prompt | Accepting!
Sorry Boss-man, but Kimbley typically isn’t one to ever completely lose his composure.
But there will be subtle visible signs that there’s something other than total psychopathic zen going on in his noggin.
The usual placidity he always demonstrates will have a certain… rigidity. Sure his expression will still be flat, but his jaw might be tighter. Eyes narrower. Hands far more restless than usual. He gets that urge to rend flesh to freshen up his skewed mental state, because the one thing Kimbley can’t handle is not being in control. If he’s feeling A Thing, that means something is amiss, and he has to find his mental homeostasis again. He has to re-exert his power—he’s the one making the decisions here, and no one else will determine his choices.
Also?? He’s far more snippy. More sarcastic. Engaging in spiteful, petty actions. Going out of his way to damage other people’s feelings. Sure, he’s always like that, but there’s an even more clipped way he goes about it. Blunt. Without that confident airiness his voice usually carries.
Although it’s a bit of a brainteaser to consider what it would be like if he somehow became legitimately angry, because it just… doesn’t happen. His brain is so wired in a weird way where what would typically make someone furious, it’s just an annoyance to him.
But I can only imagine a lot of violence would be involved. No regrets for any actions taken. And someone would definitely die. :^)

— ❛ ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT to have a drinking match with me? I'm just looking around for fun; I wasn't expecting a challenge. & I'm sure you wouldn't be able to take me on. ❜ For once, honesty hit her tongue & it was offered to him like the Snake offered Eve the apple. Though she appeared fragile, there was a monstrousness within her that could smell the lack of humanity within the stranger across from her.
Still, she is amused, taking the massive mug of the beverage & cheering him. ❛ But lucky you, I'm bored enough to play along & you look like fun. Just don't complain if you get sick. ❜
Tim doesn't even take initial notice of Greed (or how long he's been standing there) as he's stuck dealing with a particularly annoying customer.
"I told you, keep talking like that and you'll have to leave."
There was a lot of things allowed of the Devil's Nest that wouldn't slide at other establishments but that didn't mean they were without rules or limitations and he'd just about crossed it.
His voice held firm, unwavering with a lowered one-eyed gaze, never mind the several inches of height difference between them.
Sleeves of his shirt had been rolled up held in place by sleeve garters, the upside when working behind the counter was being able to be a bit more loose- though still quite careful with his long coat now with the top half of it hanging down over his waist keeping his tail quite concealed.
"Now Get. Out."
There was an ever subtle low growl, more then just a statement but a clear order.
Reaching over gloved fingers took away their glass dumping out the rest of the drink down the sink.

".....Trust me Creta can't even get along within its borders, lotta friction between tribes.. and then they annexed a small place called Milos that bordered both countries."
Which Amestris has since "saved" from Creta's annexation but never gave the land back to the people.... last he heard they were forced into living in slums...
Never ends does it.

Send me a ❤ if you’d like to ship our muses. @statusandglory
Yes!!! Souji is so into them yes!! I'm absolutely down for shipping as well!!!
Send ‘monster review’ + a monster for my muse to rate that monster on a fuckable scale from 1-10. | Accepting Always And Forever!
@statusandglory sent: monster review + "Why, me, of course."
"Ah, as you say, of course. Your narcissism knows no bounds, does it?
"So, very well. As you know, I'm not one to refrain in expressing my honesty, and so we go:
"Physically, on a superficial level, you are quite appealing. A height that is commendable, musculature that is attractive, and a posture that often suggests a fair amount of confidence.
"However, this does not equate---as this prompt would suggest---to being breedable based on the level of your monstrosity.
"In your usual appearance, there is no apparent aberration from typical human features, aside from the rather jagged array of teeth, which stray from what is to be considered 'normal,' as well as the unique hue of the iris, which also is not entirely common in the human spectrum of colors.
"And yet---"
There is actually a change in Kimbley's expression in this:
"The form presented as what you refer to as the 'Ultimate Shield' offers much more promise in terms of the aesthetic charm for which we are aiming. The solidity and apparent imperviousness of the flesh, those truly devastating fangs extending upon transformation, claws that could so very easily quarter flesh into slabs of meat---and, though maintaining a bipedal, mortal form, there is nonetheless that loss of so many aesthetically-common, human-like traits that the uneducated, ignorant observer would foolishly deign 'ugly'---
"And yet, in addition to this superficial observation, there is additionally a rather subtle cruelty in behavior to be considered. Greed---as the creature's name is designated, which ultimately is intended to reflect the core of its actions---does exhibit quite selfish tendencies, which have led to quite the array of amoral---at times, even, immoral---actions. What would be considered morality is entirely abandoned in exchange for pure pleasure, leaving only the monster in control.
"Thus, while I understand that a physical analysis is to be required for this prompt, the actual essence, as I interpret, is what creates a true monster.
"And so, upon consideration, I shall have to grant this subject a 7 out of 10.
"Constructive criticism: perhaps if you consistently remained in your 'Ultimate Shield' form at all times, I would be willing to bump up the score---significantly."
