StayCation 2017 day2: work tried to call me in last night and I said no (cheers!). Had to order a new credit card yesterday and it shipped OVERNIGHT, so while I was being productive with 1-800 numbers I also cancelled my shitty FYE VIP thing (I wanted the regular Backstage pass for my 10% off but whatever) and tried to cancel my shitty YMCA membership but no one picked up. May try again later, may just not tell them that my credit card number changed. Cause I’m a shitty person like that.

Stoned kitties puked on the hardwood floor which I guess I kind of deserve for getting them stoned and leaving sour cream where Lila could potentially ninja her way in and eat it. I mean it was in a closed to-go dip-dish in a closed styrafoam take out container beneath the base of my air popper, but girl is fierce and dedicated. She loves..well, anything potentially edible. 

Bought Duncan a four-pack of balls to play with and he’s already lost two.

I really want to get fit but I also really want mac and cheese bites. I have a problem. But I’m also getting to the age where now I’m scared of doing permanent damage and having CVAs and MIs when I’m older so salads and quinoa it is. Ugh.

Also, Kesha’s new album? YES.

StayCation2017 day 7: family Christmas, since tomorrow will be spent with the work fam and patients at the hospital. 

Got up at 0500 since I slept on my friends’ couch last night after football, then picked up my DD for breakfast, then had immediately family gift exchange, then had paternal family get together, then came home and made pierogis for tomorrow’s work party, and now I’m getting ready for maternal family get together.

Probably won’t stay long since I’m really tired and have to get up for work tomorrow :(

StayCation2017 day 1: got both cats stoned on catnip. Wrote a list of what I wanted to accomplish this week, spent $25 at Five Below, and finally put a new bag in the trashcan.

StayCation2017 day 6: got up early to do Christmas grocery shopping (cookie stuff ans pierogis). Stairs and driveway were a giant slip and slide of ice so naturally I fell down the stairs and slid halfway across the driveway 👍

Been trying to thaw out my car for like 30 minutes. Super.

StayCation2017 day 5: Ventured out to the grocery store for stomach meds / bubbly beverages. At the time I 10/10 did NOT recommend because the entire town was there and I had to park at the Viet Pho place and walk over. Now that I'm feeling a little better I only 4/10 don't recommend.

I had made 7 StayCation goals, since I had 7 staycation days. So far I've only completed 1. I did also make 7 "day 5 cleaning goals" this morning and completed 2 1/2, so there's that. I'm going to cut my losses and postpone a couple StayCation goals. Like, I forgot the shelving unit I picked out at Lowes yesterday during the power washer debacle, but "organizing the pantry" doesn't really mean much with 3 bottles of BBQ sauce, 1 bottle of mustard, a box of penne, and no shelves.

I forgot to put my recycling out this past week and now both barrels are full because of Christmas stuff. Oops 🤷🏽‍♀️
