Nothing can prepare you when the server mentions the words "always medium rare prime rib with a side of 50/50 mashed potatoes". In the basement of the @roisterchicago you're transported to a small stage where meals are big and setting is intimate. A true feeling of old school #midwestern #supperclub dining. Gone are the tiny plates and small portions, here is two chefs, @grant_achatz and @nkokonas and their amazing team dishing out home meals and memories.
