Two nights in a row of steak because--sales! Also, why not?! Also, they're the first meals I've cooked since @jmartwills came home! Finally making good on some promises ❤ one night just seasoned then added butter and garlic to the pan near the end...the next night the meat had marinated for 24 hrs in made-up mustardy tastiness!
