Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. To make the marinade, mix it well. Put the sirloin steak cubes in a zip-top bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Putting the steak that has been marinated, bell peppers, and red onion on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other. Set the grill or grill pan on medium-high heat and oil the grates a little. Put the skewers on the grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the steak is done the way you like it and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred. For extra flavor, brush the rest of the marinade over the kabobs in the last few minutes of cooking on the grill. Take the Steak-Ranch Kabobs off the grill and let them sit for a while before you serve them. Enjoy your tasty Steak-Ranch Kabobs while they're still hot!
