☕ Do you do warmup sketches before drawing? (Bonus: do you have any to share?)
I don't! If I have an idea it needs to get down now now now before I forget it so I tend to just dive right in.
The closest thing I have to warmup sketches are doodles like this that I sometimes put out for funsies:
They're small, drawn on scrap/computer paper, and usually don't really serve a bigger purpose than to get my hand moving (and to keep me awake, when they're done at work).
These tend to come out incredibly messy and more often than not only I can decipher them ^^; I scanned these in a while ago, they're good examples of what I actually mean by "doodling," I think they count!
