So I just remembered that the Guysack translates to German in a rather...peculiar way if you will.

We say “Sack” to refer to a guy’s balls. The name literally sounds like “guy’s nutsack” to me.

What makes it better?

I found out there’s a variant of it called Sack Stinger.
