After the sushi lunch, I headed downstairs to Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh (吉祥红龟粿). I know they are famous for the Ang Ku Kueh or Red Tortoise Cake but I decided to try the colourful Steamed Tapioca Cake (蒸木薯糕) or Cassava Kueh (Kueh Ubi Kayu) for a change.
