A crescent over clouds. Winter’s cold mornings can produce some exciting weather phenomenon over a warmer body of water, like this steam fog over Lake Ontario caught almost one year ago when the polar vortex visited us. It doesn’t look like this will be happening anytime soon in Toronto though. .
