SNK brings back NINJA MASTER’S on Steam.
A 1996 NEOGEO fighting game returns as part of the NEOGEO Premium Selection lineup, now available to wishlist.
It keeps its core identity intact — the real-time switch between weapon and unarmed combat, a system that constantly shifts the pace of every match.
The new version adds rollback netcode for smoother online play, supporting up to 9-player lobbies, along with full competitive modes including Single Elimination, Double Elimination, and League Tournament formats.
Also included are Practice Mode for combo training, Time Attack challenges, and a Gallery Mode featuring original artwork and development materials from the game’s early era.
One notable piece of history: NINJA MASTER’S is also considered the final fighting game developed by ADK for the NEOGEO before the studio eventually stepped away from game development.
