The steel string guitar is finished! This is a small jumbo designed by @behradng … we started building this guitar early into COVID and through many starts and stops, it is finally finished. It was quite a journey getting here and I learned a lot along the way. I’m incredibly happy with the results. Behrad is a great teacher and now friend who builds beautiful guitars. If you’d like to build one of your own check out Toronto Lutherie. This guitar has a beautiful Sitka spruce soundboard with Indian Rosewood back and sides. The neck in mahogany with ebony fretboard and bridge. The tuners are Gotoh 510’s. It sounds amazing and I’ll post some sound clips ASAP. Finished installing and scraping the bindings then managed to cut in the neck dovetail joint on the steel string guitar yesterday.
