The whole universe is organized on the model of the spiral. It is seen with DNA (the smallest element) - the fundamental element of all beings - which is a spiral particle organization; (to the largest) the galaxy, which is also organized in a spiral. Then Imana trained with his Energy, a spiral movement to assemble these particles and to give birth to Beings. Africans have theorized that the Creative Spiral made a huge noise by scattering in the Noun to assemble the particles. This first noise is considered as the creative Word which, with order and harmony, engendered the world. The Creation also takes place rhythmically with its days and seasons that start again regularly. To sing therefore means to reproduce the creative Word. Singing with order, harmony, rhythm as Africans do, is to reproduce the order of the Universe (Maat). To dance in the same direction is to reproduce the movements of all creation. Song and dance are therefore in accord with Maat's celebration.
