Stefan is just so fond of Jo...and so sincerely admiring...it's adorable.

They are just talking about the first experience ski flying etc. and Jo's possible 2nd overall victory and Stefan's hopes of also achieving that some day. It's also cute that Stefan didn't want to infect anyone when he was sick...that was another reason he didn't attend the medalist celebration.
