Vincent was curious about this new area full of lights, full of plenty of music, and like a gateway nightclub almost. He was walking around in uncharted territory. This wasn't some espionage mission. This wasn't some fight he was picking up for the heck of it. This was out of curiosity and from his experience as a Turk, Vincent knew this could be the making a social storm. These lights, music, and all the brightness included had to have a catch somehow.
"Something's gotta be going on here. There's no way a place like this can be this energetic or even sincere." Vincent thought to himself. He was standing on a gargoyle, looking down at the ground. From a high area, Vincent saw nothing but lights, cars, and people passing by. He then jumped down the gargoyle, as if he had the wings behind him to land down in such a velocity. He landed on the ground in area with no one there. Or at least he thought. He looked behind him and then there was a girl looking at him with a very surprised look on her face. Here was a man dressed in red, tall, and pale as can be. It was all the right make up for a man to be careful with. "Sorry if I startled you miss. I thought no one was here."
